Estimate
A line-itemed, transparent estimate tailored to your scope. We break out labor, materials, sub-trades, permits and a clearly-marked contingency. No vague "allowances" buried in fine print. You'll know what every dollar is doing.
Approval & Deposit
You review the estimate, ask anything you need to ask, and approve. A 50% deposit secures your slot on our calendar, locks in materials at today's prices, and lets us start ordering long-lead items.
Schedule & Begin
We finalize the production schedule, introduce you to your dedicated project manager and crew, walk through site-protection plans, and break ground.
Build
Daily site updates, weekly Friday walkthroughs, and a shared project portal where every decision and material selection lives. Your project lead is one call away the whole way through. We document everything.
Final Walkthrough
We hand you the keys to a finished space — and a written punch-list of nothing left undone. We don't ask for the final payment until every box on the punch is checked, signed and approved by you.
Follow Up
30, 90 and 365-day check-ins. Our work is guaranteed for a full year after handoff — and honestly, well beyond. Things shift. Tile grouts settle. Doors swing differently with humidity. We come back and fix it.
